First impressions typically come true for us in both business and life experiences. Upon our first meeting with Chuck's team we felt comfortable discussing the project with Better Builder since they anticipated our questions and answered all of them without hesitation in line with our needs and expectations. Many preliminary options and product selections were discussed with Chuck as we refined our design prior to our submission for a formal bid. I mention this because it reflects a higher level of cooperation and commitment to our project than we were accustomed to on other builds. This open dialogue allowed us to improve the end result throughout the build, while keeping it on schedule and close to the original budget. Everyone brought on to the project team was courteous and helpful as we made adjustments as needed. Dealing with our job superintendent Mike was also a great experience. Mike was always willing to share his knowledge and experience to make improvement suggestions at critical points of the project. His involvement was critical to the management of this project. I recently had an RV garage built by “A Better Builder”. I must say that I am quite pleased with the whole experience with them. Not only did they build an awesome garage they are awesome people to deal with. From the bidding process to the completion it was a very pleasant experience. They have very professional sub contractors who not only do a good job as promised, they do their job within a timely manner with concern and understanding for the home owner.
